Do you hold keys or use lockboxes for absentee homes?

Both. We're a bonded key-holder service and can also work with smart locks or lockboxes — whatever you prefer. Every key is tagged anonymously and stored in a locked safe.

What happens during a hurricane warning?

Snowbird 365 members get pre-storm prep (patio furniture stowed, perishables handled) and a post-storm welfare check with photo report as soon as it's safe to travel.

Are you licensed, insured, and bonded?

Yes — fully licensed in Collier County, insured up to $2M, and every cleaner is bonded and background-checked.

Do you bring your own supplies? Are products eco-friendly?

We bring everything. Our standard line is eco-certified and safe for kids, pets, marble, and pool decks. Fragrance-free options on request.

Can I pause my plan when I'm in town?

Absolutely. Snowbird 365 members can pause cleaning visits with 48 hours notice — your home watch visits continue unchanged.

Will I get the same cleaners every visit?

Yes. We assign a primary team to your home and a backup team in case of illness or vacation. Consistency is the whole point.

What's your cancellation policy?

No long-term lock-in for recurring residential plans — cancel any time with 14 days notice. Snowbird 365 is a season-by-season contract.
